Sunscreens and photoprotection.
This article discusses various forms of photoprotection. Mechanisms of action of chemical sunscreens, determination of sunscreen effectiveness, and adverse effects are detailed. Attention is also given to alternative methods of photoprotection and special recommendations for children.
