[Acute pulmonary edema secondary to acute myocardial infarction during transoperatory of cesarean section].
It is a clinic case of an eighteen year-old woman without risk factors, with 40 weeks of pregnancy in labor and fetal heart failure who became to cesarean section. Taking in account our results we can argue that she presented acute pulmonary edema and subendocardic ischemia of the after wall and lateral. Diagnosis should be based on the clinical finding, the electrocardiogram, chest film and corroborated with laboratory. Early diagnosis and treatment significantly reduce morbimortality rates.

[Myocardial infarction during puerperium. A case report and literature review].
The incidence of acute myocardial infarction related to pregnancy is of 10,000; it is less frequent during puerperium, since only 24 cases have been reported in literature. A young woman, without coronary risk factors, presented a myocardial infarction in the immediate puerperium.
