Peer-to-peer accountability.
Peer-to-peer accountability is an essential component of empowerment-based management models. To foster this environment, skills such as conflict resolution, team building, communication and group dynamics need to be identified and supported. The lack of peer-to-peer accountability can seriously hinder the development of management models.
