[Therapeutic approach in locally advanced cervical cancer].
Patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) consist over 60% of diagnosed cases. They are therapeutic problem, because the more the stage increases,the more survival decreases,the incidence of lymph node metastases and the resistance to the treatment raises. Therapeutic approaches to each one of the stages,consisting the category LACC are presented in this study. Authors reported on the response rate to the applied therapy, operability urvival rate, sites of recurrences and distant metastases and the histopathological the postoperative specimen.
