[Endo-bronchial lipoma. Apropos of a case].

We report a case of an endobronchial lipoma on a 63 year-old woman, treated surgically. A literature review allows us to show the importance of fiberoptic bronchoscopy and computerized tomography in the diagnosis of this kind of benign tumors. The different aspects of treatment with recent progress represented by endoscopic resection are studied.

[Pneumomediastinum in dermatopolymyositis].

The authors report the occurrence of a pneumomediastinum occurring in a young female aged 25 who had already been under treatment for 3 years for dermatomyositis and who had a pulmonary involvement with fibrosis. This association did not seem fortuitous. The pneumomediastinum would be due to a cystic degeneration of the fibrosis producing "pseudoblebs".
