[Primary peritonitis--case report].
The authors submit a case of primary peritonitis and emphasize the necessity of careful diagnosis of this disease with regard to the unique character of this diagnosis. They draw attention to the necessity of prevention and early comprehensive treatment of multiorgan failure which is frequently associated with peritonitis.
