Intrarenal Doppler US was performed in 20 patients with suspected renal obstruction and standard sonographic appearance of collecting-system dilatation. In 15 patients with true renal obstruction the resistive index (I.R.) was > 0.7. The A.A. think duplex Doppler US is a valuable addition to the standard sonographic evaluation to increase the diagnostic accuracy in patients with suspected renal obstruction.

Calcifying fibrous pseudotumor of epididymis is a rare neoplasia. The A.A. report echographical aspects about two clinical acses examined in 1993.
