We present a case report about a 27 years old patient with cervical pregnancy. The extrauterine implantation was recognized in the 14th week of gestation. Abdominal hysterectomy was performed because of a life threatening bleeding.
Caesarean operation is a very rare event for delivery of the second twin, after the first one had been delivered by vaginal route. In the following a caesarean section on the second twin will be exhibited after spontaneous delivery of the first one, because a complete extraction was unsuccessful.
A modified form of "open" laparoscopy is proposed starting from the different estimation of the risk of "closed" laparoscopy, the differently manipulated technical procedure, the considerable possibilities of complications and their control especially at smaller gynaecologic departments. Safety and easy manipulation are underlined, first of all in extremely obese patients. Usage of this method is recommended even at smaller departments.
