In cytological examinations of 7,739 women with nipple discharge 90 cases of galactophoritis were found. Additional diagnostic methods, especially galactography in 24 patients could classify the galactophoritis as a symptom of mastopathy. Cytophotometrical and bacteriological examinations of the galactophoritical discharge supported this. Based on enlarged galactographical-histological comparative investigations milk duct cysts and dilatations in the galactograms were shown to be typical roentgenmorphological signs of mastopathy. It was therefore possible to classify the cytological picture of the galactophoritis.

The influence of drugs on the fetus, given during labor to the mother, would often explored. The results, published out of various points of view, are wellknown also from Dolcontral. In this publication should be examined the influence of Dolcontral on the fetal electrocardiogram, and it is to observe, that Dolcontral has no influence on the various measurements, so that the fetal electrocardiogram stayed unchanged.
The modern obstetrics allows with help of electronical control a prenatale and intranatale state-diagnosis of the fetal heart. By use of direct fetal electrocardiography is it possible under consideration of QRS-deformations and ST-segment-depressions to add a suspicious diagnosis, so that can avoid dangerous complications of the umbilical cord or in case of absence of such complications can early detect congenital heart diseases.
Due to the exfoliative cytology of the nipple discharge, intracanalicular proliferations within the millimeter range can be detected. Accordingly, this diagnostic method is firmly integrated in the mammary early diagnostics. Within the period reported on so far 3420 women with a pathological secretion could be examined. In 1669 cases there was a bilateral secretion. Thus, altogether 5089 mammae could be cytologically explored. Mammary cytodiagnostics was centered on the bleeding mamma, the myotheliae and galactophoritis. In addition exfoliative cytology can also yield some other diagnostic results, such as the detection of fungiproved in respective cultures. Galactography which was performed in 1053 cases, may be considered to be the only diagnostic consequence resulting from a pathological cytotest. Every 6th galactogram had to be judged as being pathological, and every 5th galactogram histologically clarified revealed a malignant or premalignant proliferation. Accordingly, women manifesting a pathological secretion should be regarded as risk-patients.
The comparison of intranatal and postnatal electrocardiograms shows, that in spite of the hemodynamic important transposition of the infant circulation are no remarkable differences in the electrocardiogram. Remarkable is also the resemblance of electrical axises in the intranatale and postnatale ECG, at which we report particularly on the estimation of the electrical axis of the fetal heart, introduced by Larks. The estimation of this axis in the fetal ECG and its position call the attention as additional diagnostical criterion in some cases to an intrauterine fetal distress or a congenital heart disease.

We report on a persistent V. umbilicalis dextra as an extrem rare anomaly of the vessels of the umbilical cord and its embryological base. The compression of this umbilical cord was responsible for the emergence of abnormal QRS-complexes in the fetal electrocardiogram according to typus 2 by Larks. To detect these anomalies of vessels should be investigated on princip every umbilical cord.
We report on a rare form of bicornuate uterus with simple vagina and isolated hematocervix on right without connection of the right uterus to the vagina. Besides we found an aplasia of the right kidney and ureter. The case specially the isolated hematocervix and therapeutic problems of this double anomaly are discussed.

After short survey about the coexistence of partial or total hydatidiform mole and pregnancy will be demonstrated an own case. The high possibilities of compensations of the placenta in case of living fetus and hydatidiform mole were mentioned and the rarity shown.

The levels of prostaglandins in the human endometrium throughout the normal menstrual cycle were measured by bioassay. The identity of prostaglandin F(2alpha) and prostaglandin E(2) in endometrial tissue extracts was established by combined gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The levels of prostaglandin F(2alpha) and prostaglandin E(2) are low during the proliferative phase of the cycle (10-25 ng/100 mg tissue). Prostaglandin F(2alpha) rises significantly during the luteal phase to levels of 65-75 ng/100 mg of tissue. Prostaglandin E(2) levels are similar to prostaglandin F(2alpha) levels in the proliferative phase but remain lower during the luteal phase. The prostaglandin E(2) level is highest at menstruation (52 ng/100 mg tissue). The implications of these findings are discussed in relation to the menstrual process and to the steroid hormonal changes during the cycle.
