[Practice of patenting microbiological objects in foreign countries].
Data on the main objects corresponding to the inventions in the field of microbiology and microbiological industry acceptable for patenting abroad are presented. Examples of claims for each type of the protected objects taken from patents filed in main capitalist countries are given. The examples have necessary comments.
