[Operator's systemic quanta under psychoregulating acts].

The aim of this study is to examine psychoregulatory effects for computer operator's rehabilitation. K. V. Sudakov's systemic quantum behavior conception as a methodological basis for human activity study. The comparison of quantum characteristics, such as motivation, activity result and its physiological cost up prior to and after psychoregulation for different groups of human biotypology has shown that the systemic quantum of the operator's activity is the reliable indicator of a functional condition. It has indicated that this way for rehabilitation is more effective for human beings who have predominantly parasympathicotonia and rather high initial motivation levels.

[Effect of antibodies to S-100 group proteins on the electrical activity and chemical sensitivity of the cerebral cortical neurons].

The influence of antibodies to proteins S-100 group on electrical activity and chemical sensitivity of rabbit cortical neurons has been investigated by means of extracellular recording and microiontophoresis. It has been found that anti-S-100 increase as a rule spontaneous discharge rate of the neurons, decrease, blockade or invert the neuronal responses to acetylcholine, noradrenaline and glutamate action. It is supposed that proteins S-100 group take part in regulation of eleitrogenic and postsynaptic (primarily glutamate- and GABA-ergic) processes of neural and glial cells in the brain.

[Effect of cholecystokinin octapeptide on brain monoamine levels during feeding and drinking motivational excitation].

The paper presents studies of the influence of octapeptide cholecystokinin (ChCK-8) on the level of dofamine, noradrenaline and serotonine in the hypothalamus, septum, amygdala, striatum and mesencephalon of the rats brain during 24-, 48- and 96-hour alimentary and water deprivation. A change of catecholamines content under the influence of ChCK-8 was observed for the most part in conditions of thirst and only in the hypothalamus. ChCK-8 action in conditions of water deprivation was selective and directed mainly to the restoration of the changes in transmitter's level. ChCK-8 did not have a significant influence on the level of the brain monoamines during hunger. It may be assumed, that "satiation" hormone ChCK-8 is to a great extent connected with the mechanisms of reinforcement, and its "satiating" effect would appear at catecholamines' level in the process of satisfying of corresponding need.

[Effect of inhibitors of protein biosynthesis on integrative functions of the cerebral cortex during elaboration and consolidation of defensive conditioned reactions].

A conditioned defensive reaction was elaborated in non-anaesthetized non-immobilized rabbits and a study was made of the dynamics of background and evoked impulse activity of neurones in the somatosensory cortex under conditions of microionophoretic administration of puromycin and cycloheximide inhibitors of the translation stage of protein biosynthesis. It was found that the blockaders produce selective and reversible changes in the pattern of nerve cells responses to conditioned and reinforcing stimuli, in the frequency of background impulse activity and spikes amplitude. Direction and dynamics of the changes may not correlate. Effects of the inhibitors are frequently observed in a few seconds, being most pronounced in five to ten min. after their administration. Restoration of initial reactions takes usually place during 30 and more minutes. The data obtained are discussed in the light of "chemical" hypothesis of neurone integrative activity.
