[Changes in the psychoemotional status during different stages of the treatment of patients with injuries].
To prevent the consequences of emotional stress caused by traumatic injuries the authors have evaluated the changes in the psychoemotional status of the patients with such injuries at various stages of treatment. To evaluate the psychical state a multifactor personality test (MMPT) has been used. A comparison of the personality parameters in the control group and in the patients before and after the operation has been made and reliable differences have been revealed. A conclusion has been made about the necessity of correction of the psychoemotional status both before and after the operation and methods of adequate correction of the elicited psychical deviations have been proposed.
