[Keratoacanthoma centrifugum of Miedzinski and Kozakiewicz].

We describe the case of one patient, 54-year-old male, with a keratoacanthoma centrifugum situated on the right auricular pavilion. The injury begins as a small nodule with a keratotic innermost part that rapidly is excavated, grows centrifugally, appearing as a new lesion, an expansion of the primary one, in the posterior higher region, with the same characteristics. These lesions join and perforate the auricular cartilaginous tissue.

[Pilomatrixoma. A series of 18 surgically treated cases. A sign for its diagnosis].

We present a personal casuistic of 18 cases of pilomatrixoma. We make a reference of the clinical and histological situation of our patients. We remind that even if it isn't a frequent pathology, it possesses however, in almost every cases, certain characteristics very typical that permit to arrive to a correct diagnosis. We bring out a sign that made possible this diagnosis: the palpation of a tumor with a rocky consistency where united planes forming salient angles like a stone with many facets are evident: "Faceted stone sign". All the cases were treated surgically with complete extirpation of the tumor and up to now we haven't observed any relapses. The palpation of the sign of the "faceted stone" is pathognomonic of pilomatrixoma.

[Piezogenic nodules].

We make a brief bibliographic revision of the entity. We observe three cases with piezogenic pedal nodules, wrongly named painful piezogenic pedal papules; as they not always have that localization and symptomatology. An easy treatment is proposed, with an effective result to calm the pain when it appears.

[Cutaneous mastocytosis in twins].

The case of a pair of fraternal twins of seven months of age with cutaneous Mastocyte disease is presented. A brief historical survey of this condition is made. The histological picture is described with special emphasis on the mastocyte and its physiopathology. A description of the clinical aspect of the Pigmentous Urticaria in children and a brief reference to the other clinical forms of Mastocyte disease in its localized and systemic manifestations are presented. The different etio-pathogenic genetic theories related to this disease are considered, on account of the occurrence of this condition in members of a same family and in identical and fraternal twins. A revision of cases available up to date is made. The conclusion is that the etio-pathogenic problem is not solved yet, although the Mastocyte disease is considered as depending on a hereditary factor, not clearly defined yet, predisposing to this condition.
