[Early and late physical activation of patients with acute macrofocal myocardial infarct in a central regional hospital].

The favourable effect of early physical activization and the unfavourable effect of delayed activization on the haemodynamics and complications were established in cases of acute large-focal myocardial infarction. The distinct informative capacity of the haemodynamic values determined by means of the commonly available and known physical methods was established. It is recommended to use widely the indices of pulse rate and pulse pressure as the simplest criteria for the beginning of physical activization and for the adequacy of physical exercises in the process of rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with large-focal myocardial infarction.

[A comparative assessment of different cryotherapy methods for patients with chronic nonspecific salpingo=oophoritis].

97 females at reproductive age with chronic nonspecific salpingo-oophoritis (CNSO) were examined and treated. The results of the treatment (vaginal and external impact) demonstrate positive effects of various cryotherapeutic techniques on CNSO clinical course, on hormonal and immune unbalance, functional activity of the uterine tubes, regional hemodynamics, psychoemotional status. Thus, cryotherapy is an effective adjuvant in combined therapy of CNSO.

[The use of cryomassage in the rehabilitative treatment of patients with duodenal peptic ulcer at the polyclinic stage].

The proposed technique of cryomassage in outpatient setting promotes a complete healing of duodenal ulcer (DU) in patients with DU exacerbation. Healing of the ulcer is accompanied by improvement of blood flow in the zones of segmental innervation of the gastroduodenal system and by recovery of impaired cellular and humoral immunity in most of the patients.
