Acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, so called Sweet's Syndrome is a distinct dermatological disease defined by constant clinical and histological features: Eruption of painful, tender, raised erythematous plaques of face and neck with fever. Dense dermal infiltration with mature neutrophil polymorphs. Sweet's Syndrome may occur during the course of chronic or acute haematological diseases such as chronic myelogenous leukemia or acute non lymphoblastic leukemia. In all cases, the counts of Neutrophil Polymorphs were normal or above normal limits. We report a case of Sweet's Syndrome occurring during the aplastic period induced by the treatment of an acute myelo monocytic leukemia, and discuss the responsibility of white blood cells transfusion in genesis of typical histological aspect.
A case of eosinophilic fasciitis (EF) associated with Hodgkin disease is described. In eight previously published cases, EF was associated with immunologic diseases, such as autoimmune marrow aplasia. The relation between EF and Hodgkin disease should be studied by investigating the physiopathologic meaning of eosinophils in both conditions.

The authors report on 2 personal cases, and review 48 published cases of myasthenia induced by D-penicillamine (D-P) treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The clinical symptoms were not different from those of myasthenia gravis, and no correlation could be found between the total cumulative dose of D-P and the onset on the myasthenic syndrome. In 71% of the patients the neurological deficiency regressed after D-P was withdrawn, but in some cases anticholinesterase treatment had to be continued and thymectomy was contemplated. The most remarkable biological abnormalities were anti-striational antibodies (found in 58% of the cases) and anti-acetylcholine receptors antibodies (found in 4 out of 7 patients tested). These findings are in favour of a genuine myasthenia and against a myasthenic syndrome due to neuro-muscular blockade. While the mechanisms underlying the emergence of these antibodies remains unknown, their presence throws new light on immunological disorders in rheumatoid arthritis.

Observations of two patients illustrating the problem of Shulman syndroma. The first had presented an oedema of the four limbs, without injury of the trunk, but with myalgias, histological fasciitis, eosinophilia and hypergammaglobulinemia. In spite of corticotherapy, evolution toward a generalized morphea. The second has presented the same oedema of the four limbs, with myalgias, but also Raynaud syndroma, histological fasciitis and eosinophilia. Evolution toward acrosclerosis in spite of corticotherapy. For the authors, Shulman's syndroma is apprehended as a particular clinical form of scleroderma.
Between 1959 and 1978, 150 patients with tricholeucocytic leukaemia were seen, 5 having radiological bone lesions. This has been reported only once in the literature, its significance and therapeutic consequences remaining ill-defined. One of the commonest sites of bone involvement is the neck of the femur. The usual appearances are those of demineralisation, lysis and pathological fracture. The true prevalence of such lesions could be determined only by routine studies for the presence of such lesions.

The author relates the disease of a man with a digital necrotizing in keeping with an excess of platelets. Clinical, biological and histological study may evolve diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocythemia. The check of concerned literature may specify profile of this disease which agree with platelet side of a myeloproliferative syndrome. Coagulation study is often disappointing but may involve interference of prostaglandins as an intimate mechanism for aggregation and adhesivity of platelets. Clinical course may very easily be supervised with standard medical treatment.
A case of tuberculous abscess of the cerebellum is reported by the authors. A check-up of concerned literature of ten-past years is drawn up. Diagnosis is seldom raised before surgery in spite of former or evolved tuberculosis. Histology and bacteriology are essential for a supportive therapy. The prognosis is favorable in seventy three per cent of the cases. This pathology must not be forgotten in patients who imigrate from countries of high endemic level of tuberculosis.
