Peer program review: a model for implementation of standards.
Peer program review is examined as a method of program evaluation which utilizes established professional standards and, in turn, facilitates making these standards a pattern of practice. The relevance and implications of peer program review as well as a model for peer program review through a state therapeutic recreation society are discussed.
