[Blood cells at premature and physiological pregnancies].

Erythrocytes are integrated into the net of regulating mechanisms, having a significant importance in the course of pregnancy and together with nervous, endocrine and immune systems play an important task -- maintains functional integrity of the organism in changeable environment. Preparation for labor activities in women with physiological pregnancy begins with absolute normalization of rheological indices in order to maintain the homeostasis in stable state. As to premature pregnancy, here preparation of the organism for labor activities takes place without normalization of rheological indices, while stability of the homeostasis is supported by means of re-distribution of erythrocytes, increase of adhesion of erythrocytes with gigantic forms of thrombocytes, increase of amount of erythrocytes without central unstained areas, increase of HEB penetration, increase of adsorption, etc.

[Diagnostic value of particularities of circadian rhythms of sleep-wake cycle in early ontogenesis].

According to the data of direct electroencephalography (EEG) human fetus can develop circadian rhythm of sleep-wake cycle before birth. Healthy fetus during birth is awake and takes an active part in the delivery. The fetus sleep during birth is developed only in hypoxic states. EEG irregularities of sleep are noticed yet in fetal stage. Children aged 0-1 year develop five phases of sleep: drowsiness, active sleep, sleep of middle depth, deep sleep, paradoxical REM sleep. Maturity of superficial sleep terminates by the 10th-12th month of life. The sleep of average depth and deep sleep terminate maturity by the 2nd month of life. Duration of paradoxical sleep increases considerably by the age 12th month and is divided into 2 stages. By the age of 12 months paradoxical sleep remains immature. In children of the same age with CNS disorder the structural composition of sleep changes: active sleep is prolonged, sleep of middle depth is not changed, deep sleep does not develop, paradoxical-REM sleep is atypical.

[Molecular mechanisms of regulation uterine contractile activity during pregnancy and labor in mammals].

Main purpose of the investigation was to study basic mechanisms of regulation uterine contractile activity on various stages of gestation, labor and to determine nature of substances activating, inhibiting and modulating myometrium contractility. The study was carried out on 115 pregnant and not pregnant women, and women in labor, and on 45 newborns. The experiments analyzed hypothalamus and uterus of 100 white rats and brain of 45 newborn rats. Dynamics of neuropeptides and catecholamine contents was investigated in maternal and fetal blood and tissues on various levels of gestation, labor and delivery. The level of neiropeptide in the blood was determined by the method of high pressure liquid chromatography. In the myometrium functional indexes of adrenal receptors (affinity and sensitivity) and especially isometric contractions under influence of investigated substances were examined. Interaction of the neuropeptide with catecholamine was analyzed by means of radioligand binding. It was established that along with steroid hormones, monoamines and prostaglandins, neiropeptide systems play important part in contractile mechanisms during gestation, labor and adaptation of fetus to the out-of-uterine life, particularly influencing the functions of organs-effectors, as well as modulating biochemical processes in the cells. Based on the results of our investigation and existing literary data we have suggested protocols of neuroendocrine, paracrine and autocrine regulation of cell biochemical processes during gestation, labor and delivery.

[Peculiarities of the construction of the brain skull and the process of ossification of the bone system of foetus and newborn].

By means of anthropometrical and craniometrical investigation of the section material 1530 foetuses and newborns, basic tests of physical development by the gestational age were investigated. High-grade of variability of the construction of the brain scull and vertebral column, and intensity of ossification of the bones system has been established. Two types of normal and deviated structure of brain sculls were registered: occlusive or stenotic and dyestetic or pseudo-hydrocephalic variations. According to the obtained results the peculiarity of individual deviation, and its significance to the process of birth was established.

[The morpho-functional changes of the follicular apparatus and yellow body of the ovary in women of the reproductive age with myoma].

It have been studied the morpho-functional changes of the ovaries in women of reproductive age with proliferative myoma of uteri. Based on the analysis of the result of the investigation on the myomatic knots of the women in the condition of high activity of proliferation of myocytes a very complexes, multifactorial pathogenetic mechanisms of the myoma has been outlined. Switch in the common changes in the dynamic oxidative stress and hyperestrogenemia promotes development of the myoma.
