Metastases of a gastric adenocarcinoma presenting as colonic polyposis. Report of a case.
The authors report a case of multiple colonic metastases of a gastric signet ring cell adenocarcinoma, presenting as colonic polyposis revealed by diarrhea, iron deficiency anemia, and left supraclavicular lymph node.
Generalized juvenile polyposis in an infant: report of a case and successful management by endoscopy.
A case of juvenile gastrointestinal polyposis in an infant is described and the literature is reviewed. Major clinical problems are related to the extent of the juvenile polyposis. The disease has a poor prognosis. The endoscopic techniques used when polyposis is limited allow histologic evaluation of the polyps and conservative treatment.

[Hemorrhagic gastritis caused by localised intravascular coagulation during the course of cryptogenic inflammatory cirrhosis].
The authors report here a case of antral hemorrhagic gastritis without ulceration nor erosion, but with intravascular coagulation within the chorionic layer, which had a prolonged course in a patient with non-alcoholic cirrhosis, and which continued in spite of surgical cure of portal hypertension. The authors discuss various theories which might explain this hemorrhage and the development of localised intravascular coagulation, together with its relationship with the cirrhosis.
