[Left-side post-traumatic diaphragmatic hernia accidentally recognized during planned laparotomy].
We present the case of a sixty-year-old woman, who was operated because of pylorostenotic symptoms which occurred two months after communicational trauma. During laparotomy a left-side diaphragmatic hernia was recognized and successfully operated.
