[Testicular malacoplakia].
A rare case of testicular malacoplakia is described herein. To our knowledge only 32 cases have been reported up to 1989. The microscopic features are described and the literature is briefly reviewed.

[Combination of malignant tumors of the genitourinary system in the same patient: testicular seminoma, renal adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the prostate].
A rare case of neoplastic association is reported in a 74-year-old patient who successively presented with right testicular seminoma, left renal clear cell adenocarcinoma, and adenocarcinoma of the prostate. This uncommon association of primary tumors in the same patient and the course of the disease are described and the cases previously reported in the literature are briefly reviewed.
