[Coexistence of retrosternal goiter and mediastinal lipoma simulating mediastinal goiter].
A female patient is reported in whom the preliminary diagnosis was mediastinal goitre. During the operation retrosternal goitre was found to be associated with mediastinal tumour diagnosed histologically as lipoma.
