An unusual pharyngeal pouch.
The third case of a double pharyngeal pouch is reported. It was excised and the patient made an uneventful recovery.

Myringoplasty using free tragal cartilage and pedicled meatal skin flap.
A method is described for closure of perforations of the tympanic membrane, utilizing pedicled meatal skin grafts supported on tragal cartilage. The method has minimal limitations and an encouraging success rate.
