The papers deals with changes in the levels of lipid peroxidation products in patients with stable angina of effort, which occurred with intravenous helium-neon blood irradiation. The therapy was highly effective in patients with lower functional classes and persons with normal circulation, resulting in a reduction in lipid peroxidation intensity. Predictors are recommended to determine the efficiency and expediency of laser therapy in patients with coronary heart disease.

Experiments on white rats showed that single administration of sulfadimesin or sulfamonomethoxin combined with UV irradiation delays absorption, increases acetylation rate and diminishes excretion of the drugs with urine. During prolonged investigations it was established that repeated combined administration of sulfadimesin and UV irradiation produces a drop in the drug level in the blood and organs, increases acetylation rate and total acetylation activity in the body. Repeated combined administration of sulfamonomethoxin and UV irradiation produces a wave-like changes in the dynamics of the drug accumulation in the body and organs. Acetylation rate and total acetylation activity of the body rise as was shown in the course of prolonged investigations.

A mathematical description of the inflow of dibunol from the site of administration and its distribution by organs and tissues in experimental animals and man are examined. Parameters quantitatively characterizing the behavior of the preparation in the organism were obtained. The mechanism of the accumulation of dibunol in the tissues and its subsequent transfer to the blood are described within the framework of the proposed model. The model of the pharmakinetics of dibunol makes possible a calculation of the concentration of the preparation in the tissues depending on the method of administration and special features of the medicinal form. In clinical practice when administered per os microcapsules, which provided maximum absorbability, proved to be the best medicinal form. Satisfactory agreement of the concentrations of the preparation actually observed in a human tumor with those calculated theoretically on the basis of the proposed model was observed.
