[Organization methods and basic parameters of a home-based inpatient facility].
The paper deals with the issue of how to set up experimentally a home-based inpatient facility (HBIF). City clinic No. 1 (Samara) was the research experimental base. The HBIF stuff managerial forms and the HBIF operational scope are defined; besides, the category of patients, who received medical care at HBIF and the public questioning results are described. The HBIF economic efficiency was estimated and the norms of job loads were standardized for HBIF practitioner and medical assistant.
