[Analysis of the heart rhythm variability using median spectrogram method].

The analysis of the heart rhythm variability (HRV) with the methods of median (built according to some realizations) and traditional spectrogram was carried out in groups of people with different physical conditions and with tilt test. It was shown that median spectrogram characterize the changes of the HRV wave structure more precise than the traditional one with spectrum division into three standard windows.

[Central haemodynamics of people with different level of functional mobility of the nervous processes during mental and physical loadings].

The examinations of 116 healthy men aged 17-23 were carried out. A cardiac index, heart rhythm variability at rest, tilt test, mental and physical loading and functional mobility of nervous processes (FMNP) were measured. It was found out, that cardiac index after loading was lower in the persons with the high level of FMNP while heart rhythm variability was the highest in the persons with the middle level of FPNP.

[Heart rhythm variability in individuals with different respiration frequency].

Variability in heart rhythm and respiration frequency in the men aged 17-23 were measured at rest and during mental loading. It was found that the variability level ofcardio intervals was higher in individuals with low and high respiration frequency when compared with individuals with average respiration frequency at rest. During mental loading, the biggest changes in the amplitude of the heart rhythm were marked in individuals with high respiration frequency.

[Participation of cholecystokinin and pentagastrin in the regulation of the liver blood supply and oxygen consumption].

Cholecystokinin and pentagastrin cause predominantly the dilatation of mesenterial, intrahepatic arterial and portal vessels. The short-term amplitude-expressed changes in the vascular blood flow followed by less intensive long-term ones are observed. The amplitude of short-term reactions in these vascular regions is different and depends on the place of hormone injections. Cholecystokinin and pentagastrin in the same series of experiments decrease and increase the oxygen consumption by the liver depending on its functional state. It is supposed that correction of the oxygen supply of hepatocytes by the action of pentagastrin is realized due to changes in the blood flow in the liver artery, and under the cholecystokinin effect it is made by the change of the oxygen extraction.

[The pathogenetic and clinical significance of disorders in hemostatic homeostasis in diabetics].

DM patients who do not present with clinical manifestations of nephropathy exhibited significant reduction of urine fibrinolytic activity which is regarded as suggesting a preclinical stage of renal lesion in DM as well as hyperaggregation of platelets, enhanced activity of coagulative link of hemostasis and changes of different directions in the system of fibrinolysis. Among coagulologic methods, of most informative value is the turbidimetric method. In DM and low tolerability to glucosa, there is an increased incidence of gastroduodenal abnormalities, ulcer disease included, which fact warrants a gastroenterologic evaluation to be done in this patient population prior to prescribing anticoagulants.
