[Makeup of the tubular structures of a stock culture of Act. roseoflavus var. roseofungini].

The methods of spectral analysis, spectrophotometry, fluorescence and thin-layer chromatography were used for the study of the composition of the tubular structures of the initial culture of Act. roseoflavus var. roseofungini. It was found that they contained a complex of antibiotics (roseofungin and its analogs), Ca, Mg, Na, K, Si and a significant amount of the third non-identified component in the antibiotic complex.

Circular Dichroism↗

[Seasonal changes in the human constant electrical field in various age groups].

Seasonal changes of the constant electric field of healthy people of various age groups were studied. The constant electric field was shown to be characterized by a fine structure of distribution of electric potential differences (EPD) along the skin in relation to a referent point located on the neck in the intersection region of trapeziform and clavicular-nipple muscles. The constant electric field of the people of all ages undergoes seasonal changes involving displacement of all EPD values to the positive region during autumn-winter period as compared to the spring-summer one. It is suggested that such EPD change is conditioned by a change of the organism metabolic activity. The discovered differences in EPD displacement values of various age groups can serve as physiological characteristics of transitional processes in the growing organisms.

[Propagation of a variable potential along the human basal membrane and changes in its constant electric field as a result of laser irradiation of the skin].

It has been shown that due to the effect of helium-neon laser-633 nm a variable potential propagates along the human basal complex. The duration of the signal leading front equals approximately 1 sec, while that of the trailing one approximately 3 sec, the signal amplitude approximately 60 mV. As a result of the depolarization signal propagation the membrane complex is depolarized for a long time approximately (30-60 min). Thus it is shown that the laser ray acts as a damaging agent on the basal complex--the control system of living processes.

[Fine structure and seasonal changes in the constant electrical field in man].

Fine structure of distribution of electric potential difference (EPD) in human skin of some points on arms, body and face relative to a referent point on the neck was investigated. Diurnal variations of EPD fine structure for individuals and seasonal differences expressed in an increase of the amplitude of variations and shift of EPD mean values to the positive region in winter as compared with summer were observed. The indicated peculiarities are connected with external factors and reflect changes of metabolic activity of organism living activity processes.

[Periodical structure of the constant electrical field in a higher plant].

The constant electrical field of a higher plant Tradescancia multicolor was studied. It has been shown that the constant electrical field is a quasiperiodical structure correlating with a physiological structure of the plant. The node and internode differ from one another by the largest difference of the electrical potential, the plant node rather than the internode having a more positive difference with respect to the plant root.

Electric Conductivity↗

[Change of constant electric field in man in the course of adaptation to hypokinesia].

A study was carried out of change kinetics of man's constant electric field in the course of adaptation to hypokinesia from normal physical load and vice versa. It has been shown that adaptation, a transitional regime from one physiological state to another, involves similar values of the electric potential difference between the fixed points of human skin.

Acclimatization↗

[Differences in electrical potentials of different areas of human skin as a characteristic of the functional state of the body].

Constant electric field (CEF) of an organism in various physiological states has been studied by two complementing methods. The states "healthy" and "sick" are described in terms of electrical potential difference (EPD) between two skin regions of man. It is shown that at the state "sick" equipotentiality of CEF is disturbed in the plane perpendicular to the principal axis of the body symmetry. It enables to outline further development of differential diagnistics of this state.
