Complete diphallia.
A case of true complete diphallia associated with imperforate anus in a 3-year-old boy is reported. The embryogenesis and classification of diphallia are discussed.

[Ureteral duplication in a boy].
The authors report the case of a 2-year-old boy presenting with a rare form of urethral duplication (Effmann and Lebowitz type III) associated with other urinary tract abnormalities and renal failure. This child died despite appropriate therapeutic management.
