Canada needs accessible masters' programs.
There are 14 masters in nursing programs in Canada, according to the Canadian Nurses Association. It sounds like enough, but unfortunately, most programs are inaccessible to nurses living outside the metropolitan regions. And though part-time studies are offered at many sites, students must live near the universities.
