Achieving a competitive edge. An assessment of the cost-effectiveness of Clinitron therapy.
The internal market in the NHS has meant the delivery of nursing care should be as well-targeted and cost-effective as possible. A study on the use of Clinitron therapy showed that by reducing nursing time and the length of hospital stay required, considerable savings can be made.
