Dynamics of biomicroscopic state of hemomicrocirculatory bed (HMCB) of small intestinal mesentery was studied in go both sexes albino outbred rats in conditions of intravenous administration of 1.0 ml perfuoram (PF) with simultaneous control of the experiment by intravenous isotonic solution administration. Biomicroscopy was performed 30 minutes, 3, 6 and 24 hours later. 30 minutes after the PF administration bloodflow reduction in afferent vessels, elongation of construction period of resistant vessels and 18% decrease of vessels were demonstrated. Precapillary diameter decreased on 23% with respect to control with isotonic solution. Tortuosity of precapillaries and decrease of functioning capillaries number. 3 hours after the PF infusion blood flow turned more slow, signs of adhesion between leukocytes and postcapillary venules lumenal surface appeared and perivascular infiltrate had formed. Diameter of alducent vessels reduced in comparison with control and went lugher against the 30-minutes research stage. On the whole bloodflow in resistant vessels turns homogeneous. 6 hours after PF infusion homogeneous bloodflow could be seen. Number of arteriolar vasomotions grew up to control and made 14 in a minute. Venular diameter was close to control. Biomicroscopy of HMCB 24 hours after infusion did not reveal essential differences compared to with isotonic solution administered.
Influence of strong sulfide baths of the sanatorium "Talgi" to the popliteal and superficial inguinal lymph nodes (LN) has been studied in 35 rats (140-150 g of body mass) and 15 animals have been used as the control. The slices are stained with hematoxyli-eosin, after van Gieson, Romanovsky-Giemsa, Kurnik and silver nitrate impregnation after Foot. The section area of the LN decreases, but amount of lymphoid nodules increases (especially in deep layers of the cortex). In the germinative centers amount of middle lymphocytes and mitoses becomes larger. In the internodular zones of the popliteal nodes amount of macrophages and eosinophiles enlarges significantly, and in the inguinal-amount of mast cells and eosinophiles. In the medullary sinuses amount of macrophages declines. In the medullary cords amount of immature plasma cells and blasts increases, while amount of mature cells decreases.
Strong and weak sulfate baths produce certain increase in amount and in area of the lymphoid noduli with the germinative center, in the deep cortex and a decrease in the relative area of the medullary substance, while iodobromine baths facilitate to an outgrowth of the medullary cords and to ectasia of sinus lumens. After the balneoprocedures lymphoid noduli appear in the deep cortex; amount of destructive cells in the medullary sinuses, in the medullary cords and in the intermedullary zone decreases; amount of mast cells, eosinophiles and neutrophiles increases (slightly). Blast transformation of small lymphocytes and increase in number of middle lymphocytes are observed in the germinative centers.
Lymphatic bed in the layers of the inguinal area was studied in connection with age in 70 human corpses. Polychromic injection of arteries, veins and lymphatic bed, staining of preparations after van Gieson, Weigert, with hematoxylin-eosin and morphometry were the methods applied. It was stated that lymphatic capillaries penetrate through all the layers forming the abdominal wall of the human inguinal area; they arrange interconnected networks in dermis, in external and internal oblique and transversal muscles and in their aponeuroses, as well as in fasciae and in the peritoneum. The lymphatic bed in question changes during ontogenesis. Age transformations of the lymphatic capillaries are in connection with functional loading on the anterior abdominal wall. Intraorganic connections existing between the lymphatic vessels of the anterior abdominal wall and the organs of the small pelvis (urinary bladder, uterus, rectum, etc.) are revealed, they are of a rather great interest for physicians.
Anatomy of lymphangions (valve segments) has been studied in 120 human and animal cadavers. Methods of investigation were: polychrome injection of arteries, veins and lymphatic bed; macro-microscopic preparation; staining of histopreparations after van Gieson, hematoxylin-eosin, complex technique after A.V. Borisov (1973); impregnation after V.V. Kuprianov (1965); detection of bundle collagene fibers after Mallory and elastic fibers after Weighert. The data collected on the lymphangions demonstrate that the valve segments (lymphangions) in the small intestinal wall appear in phylogenesis at first in birds. Avian lymphangions are cylindric and the valves are of semilunar form and the distance between them is 2--3 cm. In predators (dog, cat, fox, marten) lymphangions are round or conical. Their size is within 6--8 mm. In other animals (rodents, Artiodactyla, Perissodactyla) the lymphangions are 3--5 times longer comparing their width. In human ontogenesis the valve segments of the lymph vessels are formed in tela submucosa of the small intestine in 6--7-month-old fetuses. Some other peculiarities in animal and human anatomy of lymphangions have been revealed.

The experimental investigation of the lymphatic bed of the small intestine after immunization was performed in 15 rabbits. Ten rabbits were taken as control. The rabbits were immunized by administration of kidney antigen with the complete Freund adjuvant. The animals were killed on the 7-8th days after two cycles of immunization, three injections in each cycle. The interval between the injections was three days, between the cycles - one month. Polychrome injection of arteries and veins was made. The lymphatic bed was filled with Gerota's mass. The chylus sinuses, lymph capillaries and vessels of experimental animals were found to be dilated 2-6 times as compared with normal. There appear many blind processes on the walls of lymph capillaries and vessels. Intraorganic lymphatic pathways were more dilated as compared with extraorganic. The ileum was found to be more reactive in immunization than other two parts of the small intestine.
The investigation was performed on 35 corpses of men, 8 corpses of cats, 7--of pigs and 5--of horses. The following methods were used: polychrome injection of arteries, veins, lymph capillaries and vessels, macro-microdissection, staining after van Gieson and with hematoxylin-eosin, impregnation with 0,25--1% solution of silver nitrate, dehydration and clearing, calculation of thickness of loops per 1 mm2 and their depth by means of ocular micrometer. The lymphatic bed of the serous membrane was established to be better developed in representatives of carnivora (cats) and omnivora (pigs), than in herbinorous horses. The monolauer capillary lymphatic network was revealed in horses while in carnivora (cats) and omnivora (pigs) the network of lymph capillaries and the bundle of lymphatic vessels were revealed. The lymphatic bed of the serous membrane was sufficiently developed in young animals. Local distinctions were established along the length and width of the small intestine, which might be explained by different functions of different portions of the gut.
In the anatomy of the lymphatic bed of the small intestine muscle layer still there are obscure questions on the phylo- and ontogenesis of man and animals. Under study were 92 corpses (35 men, 27 cats and 30 dogs) of different age, beginning from the intrauterine period to old age. Different methods were used: polychromatic injection; macro- and microscopic dissection; staining after van Gieson and with haematoxilineeosin; impregnation with 0,25-1% solution of silver nitrate; dehydration and clearing; counting of the density of loops per a mm2 and the depth of their disposition in the intestinal wall with an ocular-micrometer. It was shown that formation of the lymph capillaries and their network in cats, dogs and man began from the end of the intrauterine period, was completed in new-borns and became sufficiently developed in young age. The structure of the lymph capillary networks is closely connected with the development of the muscle layer of the small intestine. Formation of the lymph lacunas begins after birth. With age the lymph capillary network becomes looser, the loops break and their size enlarges.
