A case of locally extensive perigenital Paget's disease in an 84-year-old man is presented. Topical application of 5-fluorouracil emerged as the safest and most effective treatment because of the patient's poor general condition and the extensive involvement of the pubic and genital skin.
Primary melanoma of the vagina is a rare tumor associated with a poor prognosis. We report on a 82 years old woman with a malignant melanoma of the vagina. The treatment performed was the removal of the vaginal tumor and a hemivulvectomy followed by a chemotherapy over 6 month. A recurrence of the tumor and the development of metastases in the brain and in the lungs was observed 3 weeks after the end of the chemotherapy. The patient expired 10 month after the primary treatment.

We report our systematic histological examinations of 16 urinary bladders (11 bladders with cancer, 5 bladders was tumour-free). All residual tumour-free portions in bladder with multiple or solitary cancers demonstrated various precancerous variations of urothelium, not only near the tumours. In 1 urinary bladder among 5 from elder patients, we diagnosed a clinically undetected cancer. In a few cases, we correlated histological examinations with graphical demonstration (through a computer) of the exophytic tumour portions. Our results agree with individual therapy of urinary bladder cancer.
