[Reconstruction of energy barriers and their fluctuations in a model of a single-ion channel].
Methods are proposed for determining values and positions of energetic barriers of monoionic channel according to its voltage clamp characteristics. In the cases when current fluctuation through the channels are conditioned by small deformations of its structure parameters of these deformations can be estimated by the autocovariational function of the current (or resistance).
