Heterogeneity detector: finding heterogeneous positions in Phred/Phrap assemblies.
UNLABELLED: A modification to Phred and program to detect heterogeneous positions, which is particularly useful in the identification of mutations and other abnormalities in Phred/Phrap genome assemblies.
