[Effects of chemical factors on health of the population in various regions of Russia].
Wide use of chemicals in agriculture is associated with higher morbidity among inhabitants of agricultural regions. Extreme increase of the morbidity is confined to the area subjected to releases of oil-processing and petrochemical enterprises and therefore results from combined exposure to agricultural chemicals and waste of oil-processing.

[Prevalence of allergic diseases in workers of industrial swine breeding].
The article presents methodic approaches to thorough occupational hygienic analysis of allergic diseases. Analyzing allergic morbidity in major swine breeding enterprise, the authors give an example of conclusion necessitating summary of clinical and immunologic results, analysis of morbidity with transitory disablement, hygienic studies orientated to forecast.

[Lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system in neurovascular disorders among poultry farm workers].
The article represents materials describing examination of 540 workers engaged into mass poultry farming and characterizing the risk factors of neurovascular disorders. The authors identified the disorders' peculiarities of prevalence and pathogenetic mechanisms associated with lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant defence system.

[Characteristics of development of hygienic environmental factors in the milk-processing industry].
The main environmental unfavourable factors at dairy factories are noise, dust, microflora, microclimatic discomfort, insufficient lighting. Methodological recommendations were elaborated for improvement of working conditions to lower worker's morbidity.

[Hygienic problems of industrial animal husbandry].
Basic unfavourable factors of working conditions in modern livestock enterprises as well as industrial livestock complexes effects on environmental state are formulated. The relationships between the main subsystems such as forage production, livestock breeding proper, agriproduct processing, working and social infrastructures of the ++agro-industrial complex are established. It is shown that general and occupational morbidity in cattle-breeders is conditioned by the character of production processes, the technology of manure collection, storing, processing and utilization. With livestock enterprises, the borders of their adverse effects spreading in the environment, the rated formulae as well as health improvement measures are validated.

[Morphology of experimental extrinsic allergic alveolitis caused by dust typical to swine-breeding farms].
Prolonged experiments performed on white rats revealed that inhalation of the dusts of swine-breeding farms caused the development of exogenous allergic alveolitis with the clinical picture of its acute and preacute stages. The characteristics of the immuno-morphologic changes fully depended on the dust concentration levels and the duration of the contact.

[Hygienic characteristics of working conditions and health status of workers in animal feed-processing industry].
Studies of mixed folder processing labour conditions revealed a set of unfavourable occupational factors, including poor microclimate, high level dust discharge and bacterial contamination in the air. The major health disorders among the workers engaged therein include upper respiratory and bronchopulmonary, locomotor system and perypheral NS and skin diseases.
