[Functional disorders of the enteroenteroanastomosis as a cause of postgastrectomy complications].
Examined were 90 patients with the "syndrome" of the entero-enteric anastomosis, which developed after gastric resection. No pathognomonic symptoms of the disease were revealed. Diagnosis is the most effective in combination of fluorogastroenterography and endoscopy. Operated on were 26 patients with the severe course of the disease. Good results were noted after removal of pathologically changed entero-enteric anastomosis and reconstructive Roux-en-Y operation. In moderately pronounced "syndrome", the conservative measures are effective, which provide the long-term remission of the disease in case a patient keeps to the labour and rest regimen.
