Examination of 28 children following the primary and secondary sutures of the median and ulnar nerves as well as their autoplasty, neuroysis and endoneurolysis showed the presence of a certain regularity in the regeneration of the nerve-neuromuscular synapses system after the primary suture of the nerve in the region of the inferior one-third of the forearm as well as after neurolysis and endoneurolysis. Following the autoplasty of defects in excess of 5 cm and the localization of the lesion in the region of the elbow joint and the superior one-third of the forearm, the regularity was disrupted. There was no correlation between the clinical parameters and the stimulation EMG data.
With the aid of multi--point recording of focal APs in the muscles, the bringing together of the motor nervous terminals and the increase in their dispersion within each terminal area as observed in the rat femoral two-joint muscles at inherent deformity of the hindlimbs, were revealed to induce a change in the character of interference of the focal APs. At the supramaximal stimulation of a respective ventral root of the spinal cord, the areas of motor nervous terminals having been brought together, an increase of the mutual effects of APs of adjacent areas' muscular fibers occurs as well as alteration of the character of AP conduction in the muscle which seems to be due to the interaction between external loops of muscular APs. The data obtained show the advantages of the electromyotopography which enables to estimate not only the character of AP spreading within the muscle but the latter's structure too (the length of muscle fibers, situation of motor nervous terminals, etc.).

When one zone of motor nerve endings is "switched off" by injecting d-tubocurarine solution into it the propagation velocity of action potentials in different regions of biarticular muscles is changed. In the middle regions of the muscle where the interference of two opposite waves of electric activity in most clearly pronounced, the "switching off" of the proximal zone of motor endings decreases the AP propagation velocity in the muscle fibres of the distal zone. When the distal zone of motor endings is "switched off" the AP propagation velocity increases. The data obtained point to the effect of electric processes in some muscle fibres on those in other muscle fibres. The degree of this effect is determined by the muscle architectonics and topography of motor nerve endings.
