[Application of round hepatic ligaments for the securing of reliable hemostasis and restoration of pylorus in the presence of big penetrating duodenal ulcer complicated by hemorrhage].
Experience of operative treatment of 111 patients, operated on for big penetrating duodenal ulcer, complicated by hemorrhage, was summarized. There was proposed the method of operation performance using round hepatic ligament for tamponade of the ulcer crater and for restoration of pylorus. The advantages of pylorus preserving operations were proved.
