The emotional experience of multiple handicap: issues in assessment.
Guidelines for good practice in the assessment of children with multiple disabilities are presented. These arose from working groups of parents and professionals, drawn from a variety of theoretical orientations, who met together during a workshop sponsored by the Mary Kitzinger Trust.
