[Reconstruction of auricular skeleton with maternal ear cartilage in patient with microtia].

The proposed operative technique with maternal auricular cartilage ear-donor) is modification of the method of M. Madzharov et al., for total and partial reconstruction of the auricle. The method includes the use of allogenic auricular cartilage and autogenic perichondrium (rib of auricular), attached to the cartilage with autogenic fibrin glue and/or sutured by nylon. The method is applied to 18 years old female patient with bilateral microtia III gr., for reconstruction of the left year. 2 years later, satisfying cosmetic result was encountered on the operated left ear and ear-donor. Briefly summarizing, auriculoplasty with maternal auricular cartilage is reliable method, especially in cases when cartilage of the ear-donor is strictly subperichondrially dissected and covered with autogenic rib of auricular perichondrium.

[Corrective rhinoplasty in a patient with cleft lip nose deformity].

The author presents a case of secondary rhinoplasty in patient with cleft lip nose deformity. The preoperative computer planning and the stages of the surgery were observed. Good functional and cosmetic postoperative results were achieved by means of bone-cartilage autograft--a fragment taken from nasal dorsum and implanted in the nasal tip region. There is almost complete concurrence between the preoperative computer modeling and the good postoperative results.

[Consciousness during anesthesia for cesarean section].

47 women on which sectio cesarean has been done in occasion of belvic-fetal disproportion, anatomical abnormalities of the pelvis, bad position of presentation. We studies presence of consciousnes spontaneous realtion to pain and possibility for contact according the method of Tunstall M.E. It was proved that the use of benzodiazepin derivate--Dormicum impacts substantially influensences of the studied processes. Introduction anaesthetics (thiopental-kalipsol, dormicum-kalipsol and thiopental and helothan in 0.3%) are reliable protection against the operative stress during sectio cesarean and give adequate anaesthesia until baby is born.

Using the PROGRESS transport spacecraft in structure of the International Space Station for realization of scientific experiments under microgravity conditions.

The problem is considered of using the PROGRESS transport spacecraft, which will deliver the payload on the ISS, as a free flying platform for realization of space experiments. For maintenance of the ISS 5-6 PROGRESS flights per year are planned. Usually after delivery of the payload the PROGRESS undocks from the ISS and burns down in the Earth atmosphere. However, the operating conditions of its onboard systems allow to prolong operation and to make free flight near to the station and repeatedly to be docked to it. It is offered to use this possibility for performing experiments on Material Science.
