A new mastopexy operation for mild or moderate breast ptosis.
A new procedure for mastopexy, with or wtihout an augmentatiom mammaplasty, is presented. Its advantage is the minimal resultant scarring in the least conspicuous location.

Closed compression technique for rupturing a contracted capsule around a breast implant.
When a breast becomes hard after an augmentation mammaplasty, the fibrous capsule around the implant can be ruptured, in most cases, by closed compression of the breast-resulting in immediate softness of the breast. As yet the duration of this improvement is unknown, but follow-up examinations to date indicate that it is persisting in about 3 or 4 patients so treated.

Repair of concavity of thoracic wall with silicone elastomer implant. Case report.
We corrected a chest wall defect by fabricating and inserting a prosthesis made from Silastic RTV 382 (a silicone elastomer). This reconstruction in our 19-year-old patient was easier, less expensive, less time consuming, and more acceptable cosmetically than we could have obtained by using thoraco-abdominal flap.
