Quality assurance in general administration.
OBJECTIVE: To describe ways of introducing quality assurance activities in the general administration areas of hospital management. METHOD: Descriptive review. RESULTS: Quality assurance activities can be carried out in the area of general administration. It cannot be done in a vacuum, however, as the work which one department does will always have an effect on another department.
