Report is given on a 78-years-old woman with a primary lymphoblastic lymphoma of the thyroid gland. The lymphoma had invaded the trachea. An extrathyroid manifestation of the lymphoma was not found. There was no Hashimoto's thyroiditis. The patient died of bronchopneumonia and pulmonary embolism.
Cystic neoplasms of the pancreas are rare. These tumors are differentiated into benign and potentially malignant types or in serous (microcystic), solid-cystic (papillary-cystic) and mucinouscystic neoplasms. A report is given about a 76 years old women with a serous (microcystic) cystadenoma. The cystadenoma was a chance hit of a necropsy.
The authors describe a rare case of large tumour of the placenta (chorangioma) in a 25-year-old woman. The chorangioma was prenatally diagnosed by sonography in the 22nd gestational week. The course of pregnancy was not complicated. After sonographic observation of the course of the disease the woman was delivered of a child without malformations in the 39th gestational week.
Report about a rare case of strumal carcinoid tumor arising in the right and left ovary of a 79-year-old euthyroid woman. In the literature we found nearly always unilateral cases. There was no carcinoid syndrome. The tumor was a chance hit by the necropsy.
A report is given on a 46 year-old-man with a malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the thyroid gland. The patient died 4 months after the diagnosis. The autopsy showed progressing tumor mass and metastases in lymphatic nodes, lungs and pleura.
A report is given on a 77 year-old-woman with a primary squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid gland. The tumor had invaded the trachea. Metastases were not found. The patient died of severe bronchopneumonia.
Report about a 73 years old woman with a rare dermal tumor of the right shoulder. Histological examination of the tumor shows a pigmentary basal cell carcinoma on type of trichoepithelioma overlying long-standing dermal fibrous histiocytoma.
A rare case of primary stromal sarcoma of the vagina is reported. The age of the patient was 72 years. The presenting symptom was an increase in the size of the mass. Local excision, followed by radiotherapy. The patient succumbed to their disease by metastases in pelvis and lungs 6 months after diagnosis.

A rare case of pulmonary nocardiosis is reported. The patient was a non-immunodeficient Vietnamese woman. The age of the patient was 31 years.
Report about a 80 years old woman with a renal carcinoma solitarily metastasized to thyroid 11 years after the resection of primary tumor. A primary clear-cell carcinoma of thyroid gland was ruled out by thyroglobulin-immunohistochemistry.
A rare case of aorto-enteric fistula is reported. The age of the patient was 56 years. The fistula is a complication of abdominal aortic surgery. The early diagnosis (duodenoscopy) decides on life of the patient.

A case of lipid (lipoid) cell tumor of the ovary without masculinization is reported. The age of the patient was 46 years.
A case of pregnancy with foetal malformations and sonographically diagnosed partial hydatidiforme mole is reported. Pregnancy was characterized by early preeclampsia. Induction of labour was done by oxytocin in the 19th gestational week. In the present case a triploidy was diagnosed.
A rare case of primary carcinoid in a benign cystic ovarian teratoma is reported. The age of the patient was 39 years. There was no carcinoid syndrome. The primary carcinoid should be differentiated from metastatic carcinoid inside the ovary, which is nearly always bilateral.
