[Appendicitis and anaerobic sepsis].
The paper deals with the treacherous character of acute abdominal attacks of appendical origin complicated by anaerobic sepsis, based on an analysis of 255 patients incl. 57 patients with positive anaerobic cultivations (35.08%), with the number of surgical revisions (36.84%) where patients were reoperated several times, and the impact on medical and economic problems.
