[Informed consent: a pragmatic view].
The overall goal of this study is a short introduction into the Hungarian legal basis, and practical circumstances of informed consent trough the cases of the Data Protection Commissioner of Hungary, the Supreme Court of Hungary, and the Constitutional Court. The author begins by describing the basic law with an introduction to the dogmatic background of informed consent, as a common law category. [corrected].
