TI  - I have been using electrospray ionization-mass spectromatory in my chromatography methods development laboratory for about 8 years by itself and in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography. I have noticed significant differences in the spectra obtained on or compared to past results. Could you make a few comments concerning these observations?
