Improve productivity with work-flow analysis.
Abstract
Work-flow analysis can help you deal more efficiently with the pressure to produce more services with fewer staff by forcing you to ask the right questions of the process so improvements can be made. Bringing staff together for discussions on creating a work-flow description can improve relationships among staff members and increase people's understanding of each other's roles. Once the work flow is described, the manager and staff should evaluate their current activities in other to identify ways to improve productivity.
