Relational database telemanagement.

Abstract

Dallas-based Baylor Health Care System recognized the need for a way to control and track responses to their marketing programs. To meet the demands of data management and analysis, and build a useful database of current customers and future prospects, the marketing department developed a system to capture, store and manage these responses.
