Exclusive contracts: do they constrain competition?
Abstract
It is evident that some form of reimbursement to RAPS physicians (radiologists, anesthesiologists and pathologists) will be enacted in the near future. Mr. McGraner reviews the development of physician reimbursement schemes and their effects on competition. He also presents strategies radiologists and hospitals can use to reduce the liability of lost market share and to become more competitive.
