A successful respirator program.
Abstract
This discussion covers the successful implementation of a respirator program on a voluntary basis in a large industrial plant. The program had the stated objective of mandatory usage at the end of a specified period of time. It was successfully implemented in an 1100-man department. This practical approach is applicable to large and small plants.
