Primary lessons for success.
Abstract
North Mississippi Health Services attributes the success of its PCN to several factors: The PCN includes physicians in clinic management decisions and strategically places clinics in communities. Physician recruitment into new or existing practices is based on routine workforce assessments. Administrators carefully plan for new services and manage the PCN's resources with physician efficiency in mind.
